I really like this new program called TeamSpeak, which is alot like roger wilco, but it seems to be cleaner and such. Unfortuatly thier site barely works, so you can Download the Client from my website.
Yea, donno what else to say about it, so far i’m liking it, you can easily lock it down and such,0 preven people you don’t want from using it (only allow registered users and such), which makes a perm server that much easier.
Unfortuatly I havn’t had much of a chance to try it out, lacking in people I know with microphones doesn’t help. Heh.
I so want to try to find more people who would try this with me, but i’m so freaked out at the idea :)
PS, Who would do takeout from hooters, nobody goes to hooters for the food.. or at least thats what i’m told. Though I did have a childhood friend who has been there.. so maybe…

I’ve always wondered why contests always say “No Purchase Necessary” except you need to buy a product to get the information to enter the contest.
This especially came up when I saw the KraftDinner box recently where they had a crayola giveaway. You get a Unique code you have to enter on the YTV website to win. I was so confused as to how you could enter the contest without purchasing kraft dinner right? right?
Yea, so I kept reading, turns out you can write a letter/make a picture and send it to them, and they’ll send you back a code.
Yea, so there goes my rant about that really confusing topic.. But it was still pretty interesting to learn.

Vancouver hit 10°C today.
It was such a beautiful day today too. If it wasn’t for the migrane it would have been a perfect day.
You could see just about every detail about the mountians, so crystal clear today, not a cloud in the sky.
Even had an awesome night. Clean, nice, on the warm side, etc.
Yea, lacking in post content, but I was just impressed by some of my pictures tonight. Specially finding out that my (dad’s) camera can actually do movie files.

After Steve told me about Animal PartyCrossing, about how it was best for roommate situations, I started to think more about what I want in an ideal living arangement.
I think my personal preference would be to live alone, But be close enough that people would come over a lot and just hang out. Sorta like a communal house, except, if I got too stressed, I could kick people out.
Yea, I think that could be fun, people could come over, play video games and such.
I donno on the other hand it would be kinda cool to have some roommates, and setup an samba authenticated network with remote profiles (including nfs/samba home directories for *nix users). That could be fun too, except then I’d be in charge of keeping it running, which would be a nightmare. I could settle for just something simular to what we have here, the dns server and stuff, maybe even a file server for cd images or something.
Either way, I’ve quickly become interested in moving out once again, and job hunting, I’m really not sure what triggered it, probably not being pressured again. Either way, I gotta get started, but i Really don’t know anything about how good my resume is or isn’t.

But MAAAAA, I tried to sleep! I really did!
There is nothing like depression/breakups to screw up a sleeping pattern.
Tonight was the first night I was actually tired by like 1am… But i’ve tried to sleep a few times since.. First my stomach wouldn’t stop being hungry, no matter what I did. Then, suddently, it seemed to behave again.. So I decide to goto bed, only to have so many stray thoughts in my head.
Will I get FFX back?
I should leave the house, but ack, people out there. (I know it sounds bad.. but its true).
What do I think the perfect date is? Then i realized what I thought was a good date, was more what I wish I could do right now.. ya know, with friends. (no.. not that.. sicko).. Like play a long game of monopoly/life/etc into the wee hours of the night, when you are soo tired you are very giggly. MMMM, I loved doing that.. its been way to long since that happened.
And… I think tommorow I’ll finally post to the mt-dev mailing list. I figure, If I can get them to make a slight change for the next release (would barely require any work really), then I could easily make some configuration settings for plugins.
My Idea is more. MT::App->add_config(‘PLUGINNAME’=>&output_function); or something. Which would add a config page to the list under weblog config or something. Then output_function would have alot of … lets say.. $config->add_text(“Desc”, \$var); and $config->add_blog(“Desc”, \$blog_id); $config->add_entry(“Select an entry”, \$entry); (not sure why anyone would use just one entry for a config.. but still) Stuff along that line… you could even have a $config->begin_group and begin_group(“title”) with ->end_group which would let you seperate items into groups…
Hrm.. actually, even if they don’t want to incorperate this into thier thing (they are adding hooks alot for developpers :D), I could write a plugin, that way it could even work with older versions..
This is kinda exciting.. this and the ever so boring SWR->UR mud area converter thing, I might actually have stuff to do for a while.
That and I have games I should fiinish writeups for, and new ones to try out, take screenshots, etc..
I so need update my sidebar again..
PS. UNREAL TOURNAMENT OST ROCKS!

Wow, busses, specially richmond busses are like, such in a state of disrepair… Some of them have those cords for signaling stops disconnected because they broke off on one end or the other and nobody has tried to fix them yet.. Others have thier seats like splitting and repaired with duct tape….
Wtf is with those window things? they are like nearly impossible to open some days, then another window you barely touch it and it’ll smoothly go open….
I wish I had a picture to post along with it, just to see the mess of richmond busses… I’ll try to remember to grab one on the way home.
Although on the other hand, the people you see on the bus are really.. interesting.. The picture above is like.. a lady got on the bus with a few GIANT bags of something.. then once we got to the skytrain station, got on there tooo….
