Its my new favorite show.. its hard to find a drama, specially a fox drama that i’ll watch once, let alone multiple times but i’ve watch drive eps I have many times now.. MANY!!!
Only to find out on the way home tonight that it has been canceled..

Seriously.. WTF..

I hope another network picks it up. I also hope that Direct to dvd becomes a more viable solution as this tv network thing really sucks.

But yes, honestly, how could a movie be any worse, the budget was sad, the acting…well… it was sad, they spent their money hiring a few big name actors.. i’ve seen better special effects on slurrey videos. Specially the whole pirate ship music video thing, other than having T&A in the video, it was so low budget..

Speaking of T&A, it totally would have been a better movie if they had nudity and/or swearing. I know i’ve said usually it deters from movies, but honestly, it couldn’t hurt this one.

Really, all you can honestly say about it is “It was epic”

Watching superman returns (don’t ask why)..

First he goes to lois’s house and watches her family through the walls. Next he goes to outer space and listens to everyone in the city.

I don’t think this is a very good movie..

Whoa, was watching Johnny Zero, which btw, is an awesome show.

Anyways, Johnny Zero this week, has the ever so cool nikita on it.
She’s such a cool typecasted actress, not sure she could do anything but the tough girl, but its cool to see her again.

Was watching that From Stargate To Atlantis: A Sci-Fi Lowdown special that was aired on the sci-fi channel way back when Atlantis was first aired.

They reminded us of the fact that in the first (or second) episode of Season 7, Daniel Jackson woke up naked in a field. Well the actor kindly pointed out, that this park was in surrey, and made some snide comment about the state of the park.

Walking to work this morning reminded me of just how close stargate is. Vancouver is so full of movie productions. Walking by 7-11 this morning to get some stuff for the office, the entire city block was lined with movie and power trucks. mmmm, those power boxes look so sexy.. er um, yea, So far working downtown, I have seen the filming of Tru Calling(tv), The Fantastastic Four(Movie), Smallville Season 4 Ep 1 (i managed to see that ep, not being a fan, that was suprising, but i reconignized the scenes from outside my office), And this week has been the Pink Panther which I missed most of, but did get a notice on the office door that there would be filming around.

After those named shows, I have also seen all kinds of misc movie crews around filming various items for various unnamed shows.

Anyways. back to stargate, I wish I had heard of this “Get in the gate” contest earlier, I would have entered. I would love to have some way of being involved in a project that everyone enjoys so much, that I can contribute to others enjoyments, and well, its stargate :).

On another note, benq e30 cameras suck, It really broke after the first week i had it.. I have to phone them soon, but they are only open during my office hours, and I never remember to bring the cell and call at lunch.

It seems that Stargate Atlantis is almost here. Infact the specs on the pilot episode are up and published.

I really can not wait… WHEEEEEE!!!!!

So yea, Havn’t watched any TV since I reinstalled linux on this machine, except for yesterday morning while I was eating breakfast, and this morning.
I just love saturday morning cartoons, even if they really suck… A desperate grasp for my childhood? Maybe.
Anyways, this morning I go down, happen to be a weekday, and I’m up early enough (Boo for 4 day weekends :(), I turn it on.. find 7 days… And waddya know, its one of the ones I’ve seen before..

Ah well, Might watch some of my stargate dvds on the big screen. Or just clean up before evan gets here, Its going to be a good end to a 4 day weekend… Yesterday I was so… bored, had no idea what todo… I can really only last like 2 days on my own before I run out of regular things todo.

So mom like found me a copy of stargate season 6 cheaper than normal this week.

I’m so excited about it.. Season 2 would have been better, but dude!! ITS STARGATE!

That coupled with a new site design, and the multiple plugins, Its been a good week.

And work is REALLY interesting, I’m learning so much, I’m teaching, and having so much fun there. This is like the PERFECTEST place for me to work.

I showed dad the office last night, he’s sooo excited not as much as I was though, I wore myself out again last night. :D
